We were thrilled to have MLB pitcher Tyson Ross and Loyal to my Soil at the Riekes Center for a special clinic this month. This organization introduces professional baseball instruction to communities around the Bay Area. The Riekes team provided corrective exercise and injury prevention, a nutritional seminar, and a speed station using the high-speed treadmills. We look forward to providing more opportunities for our local community to connect with this impactful program!
