Get to know Steven Toyoji

Steven is from Redmond, Washington where he found adaptive sports through sit-skiing, wheelchair basketball, and wheelchair racing as a way to engage in recreational activities with his family and peers. His athletic career developed...

Tell us where you are from and a little about your background...

I grew up in Menlo Park and lived here most of my life. I went to Menlo High School and then to Stanford. I've lived a few places in between but ultimately settled here and now work in San Francisco.

A nonprofit founded in 2007 with the goal of helping under-represented students prepare for college, for inviting the Riekes Center to conduct three professional development seminars for your instructors. We had a wonderful time!
