RISE UP - Acceleration Program (ages 9+)

RISE-UP empowers participants to measurably run faster (speed), jump higher (explosiveness), improve agility and build physical endurance.  Each athlete's individualized program is based on his or her pre-evaluation, then further tailored by our elite coaching staff using cutting edge training techniques and industry leading methods.  

CORE Fitness (ages 13-18)

Improve your athletic performance in your chosen sport or activity. Get in shape. Lose weight. Gain weight. Get buff, or just improve your muscle tone.  More information


Elements (ages 9-12)

Movement Fundamentals done with fun. The goal of Elements is to introduce youth to fundamental movement patterns through jumping, running, and explosive movement activities.

Customized (all ages) 

The Riekes Center's customized program is designed to optimize an individual's performance in all areas of their life.  Each student's fitness goals guide the creation of their individualized training program.  More information

Postural Restoration™(all ages) 

Our PRI™  exercise program offers a unique approach to physical medicine.  Addressing the underlying biomechanics which can often lead to symptoms of pain and dysfunction.
