Rise Up with US! As competition on the athletic field continuously gets tougher, the benefits of RISE UP increase due to the tangible competitive advantages they give our athletes. Enabling participants t measurably run faster (speed), jump higher (explosiveness), improve agility and build physical endurance. Each athlete's individualized program is based on his or her pre-evaluation, then further tailored by our elite coaching staff using cutting - edge training techniques and industry - leading proprietary methods adapted from Athletic Republic's (AR) protocols.
Our coaching staff benefits from years of experience in training athletes of all ages & abilities. State of the art equipment & facilities, provided through our partnership with AR create the platform for our elite coaching staff to take Speed & Explosiveness training to a whole new level.

Rise Up Equipment
Teaches an athlete to run at his or her maximum speed | Up to 28 mph; 40% incline | Standard treadmills cannot produce the speed or stability the Super Treadmill provides | Built for tangibly improving an athlete’s cardiovascular fitness | Using expert-designed sport specific protocols, the Super Treadmill produces greater improvements in an athlete’s speed when compared to ground-based training only | Incline running on the Super Treadmill enables athletes to run using the same form Olympic sprinters utilize.
Improves leg strength and explosive power, and takes explosive power training to its highest level | The footplate’s angle puts the athlete in an athletic position which demands produced force to come from the balls of his or her feet – not the heels – as is seen in standard squat exercise | The sled supports the lower back and reinforces proper mechanics when lifting heavy weights or doing explosive jumps | The Plyo Press provides variable resistance that optimizes the weight load based on how an athlete’s body functions | Versus squats and hip sleds, the Plyo Press is a safer and more effective way to train lower body explosive strength and power.
