Special thanks to the stars who made our wishes come true.
We received a mind blowing projector, a brand new pro camera and expert Google Adwords advice. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and our gratitude is unbounded.
We are excited to announce the Riekes Center is the proud recipient of a Veterans Administration Adaptive Sports Grant under the Grants for Adaptive Sports Programs for Disabled Veterans and Disabled Members of the Armed Forces Program. We are honored to continue offering dynamic and diverse programs for the brave men and women who are Veterans and Active Duty Service members. These programs include Archery, Biathlon, Core Fitness, Wheelchair Rugby, Sitting Volleyball and Qi Gong.
On Oct.14th and 15th, we welcome Jen Mistrot from CBS affiliate KPIX, who is producing a story on our VA programs. We are grateful for this opportunity and happy to spread the word about the importance of supporting our Veterans and Active Duty Service members with activities that feed their minds, bodies, and spirits. So keep your eyes and ears out for the story to air! A special thanks to our own Sharon Kelleher whose hard work brought such great opportunities for us all!
