Caroline McNally

Over the past decade, Caroline has been a Board member, Board Chair, football mom, yoga student and, most recently, Executive Director of the Riekes Center.

Executive Director

Caroline was introduced to Riekes through her family’s participation and instantly discovered a sense of community, where she was valued for her own goals and contributions. Founder, Gary Riekes, asked her to join the Board in 2015 and she has been central to the center’s leadership ever since.

Throughout her career, Caroline has held executive positions at American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and BlackRock. She has a long tenure supporting non-profit and not-for-profit organizations in Board roles. In addition to her work at the Riekes Center, she is the former Board Chair of Episcopal Day School (San Mateo) and a member of the Marketing Communications Committee for San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA). Additionally, she has been an author, guest lecturer, and conference speaker. She holds a BA from Vassar and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of International Management.

When she’s not at the Riekes Center, Caroline is out spending time with her family (and fellow Riekes community members): husband, Michael; kids, Chloe (Menlo/RLS ‘10), Luc (Menlo ‘13), and Jack (Menlo ‘17 and current Captain USMC).

Alongside Riekes’ other dedicated Board members, Caroline is excited to blaze a new trail for the future of the center–a true home for all.
