Ninjutsu (6-12 & 13 +)
Students in these courses will go over scenario training for a vast multitude of potential situations, and will learn to employ both unarmed combat techniques as well as weapon-based training. Students will also learn the value of environmental awareness and awareness of self as important aspects of self-defense and self-confidence.
In collaboration with Pathways Dojo, we are excited to offer the following courses at the Riekes Center in Menlo Park.
After School Ninjas in Nature (6-12)

The ninjas in nature program combines real training in ninjutusu, the art of the ninja, by certified black belt ninjas. Students also follow a curriculum that includes nature based survival skills that are part of ancient ninja training. Skills include: self defense, movement and agility, weapon (staff, throwing stick, archery, and more), fire by friction, wild edibles, shelter, water, awareness training, and lots of fun games.

Teen/Adult Ninjutsu Training

Learn the authentic art of the ninja through weekly training in the arts of Bujinkan/Ninjutsu. Led by instructors from Pathways Dojo. This is a customized class with lessons scheduled by appointment on Thursdays. Lessons are available Thursdays 5-8 pm. Upon enrollment in the initial 4 classes, students will receive a 9th curriculum training video for free.
