An application or registration form and payment (contract, deposit, online payment, or scholarship form) must be arranged prior to beginning a program.  Students who have previously registered for programs need not fill out additional applications.

Payment Contract

For ongoing programs, a payment contract must be submitted to Trina at the Riekes Center (650-364-2509)  prior to beginning a program.

Financial Aid Form

If you are applying for financial aid, please contact Ali (650-364-2509).  A financial award must be approved prior to beginning a program.
